CHARTER STEP BY STEP

BOOKING PROCESS 

• Send request for booking via email or telephone.
• Once confirmation is received, follow payment instructions: first half has to be payed immediately, second half has to be payed 4 weeks before your booking starts (you will receive our invoices via email). Exceptions are last minute bookings – for those the whole amount is paid immediately after invoice is received.

2 WEEKS BEFORE BOOKING 

• In case you want to order any optional extras, do not forget to do this at least 2 weeks before your booking.

1 WEEK BEFORE BOOKING 

• Please fill out the crew list sent via emial and send it to us at least 1 week before your booking (exceptions are last minute bookings – crew list can be send as soon as booking is confirmed).
• By sending crew list in advance, this will speed up the arrival process.

ARRIVING AT THE MARINA 

• Check-in can be done on Saturday after 16:00. In case you opted for Early check-in (extra charge and limited offer), you will be able to get your yacht from 13:00 on.
• Upon arrival please, please locate Pier 13 where our office is based (office is equipped with our logo). Our friendly staff will escort you to your yacht and give you a quick tour of it. 
• You will get documents of the boat (very important not to lose them) and list of all items on board – please go through them and let the staff  know if anything is missing in order to provide it before you sail off. 
• Deposit is mandatory – it can be paid in cash or by credit card. If yacht is returned unharmed, deposit will be returned back to you (if paid by credit card, please check with your bank how long does it take to get your card freed again).
• Before take off, all mandatory charges (transit log, tourist tax) have to be paid upfront (cash or credit card). In case you opted for any extras, all additional charges have to be settled upfront as well.
• You can leave your car inside the marina. There are plenty of parking spaces, however please note that parking is charged by marina and it is not included in yacht charter price. Current price list can be found at their website. 

DURING YOUR SAILING 

• In case you encounter any emergency or technical issues, please contact our staff at base – they will assist you right away.

AT THE END OF YOUR VACATION 

• Check-out has to be done on Saturday, from 07:00 until 09:00. It is important to stay within this time frame, otherwise additional charges may be applied (diver is included in yacht charter price ONLY if you check-out as advised – otherwise 25 EUR will be charged).
• Upon return, yacht will be examined. If any damage is seen, you will be charged.
